5 Most Common Mobile Problems and Solutions

2 Mins read

Living in the techno-savvy world, we are always occupied with our mobile phones, doing work, listening to songs or chatting with friends. We carry the device everywhere we go, and hence mobile phones have become a vital part of our lives. However, after some months of usage, the phone does not work the same way, as it used to work when it was new. Below mentioned are 5 of the most common mobile problems and their solutions:

Low speed:

Low speed is the most common problem we face with our old phones. It usually happens when the phone has many apps and files, and the Random Access Memory (RAM) becomes slow. RAM is limited in mobile phones, and when huge apps or films are on the phone, RAM gets consumed.

Solution:

Clear unwanted apps, big files from your phone. Remove cache and install installing android phone security on your phone. You can store great apps in Google drive or your SD card.

Battery life:

Yet another problem is low battery life, which we always face after a year’s usage. Even if the phone is not in high usage, the battery tends to run a lot.

Solution:

You can save your battery by adjusting the brightness of your screen. You can even turn off extra features like Bluetooth, GPS, and Wi-Fi, along with clearing the RAM of your phone. Switching to battery saving mode is another option which you can do.

Overheating:

Eventually, the phone tends to get heated up after you use it for hours. Overheating could be because of reasons like over usage of the phone, issues in battery or charger issues.

Solution:

Keep it away from sunlight. Limit the usage of a phone if it’s old, and check the status of your battery too. Replace your existing charger with a new one, if your battery is all good. Cleaning your RAM can also help with this.

Low storage:

After you have been using the phone for a long time, all your files, photos, videos, apps get stored in it, and the room becomes low, and you run out of space.

Solution:

Store your data on the laptop to free the memory of your phone. Renting a computer is also an option, and you will quickly get a laptop on rent in Pune.

Crashing of Google Play Store:

Crashing happens all the time in android phones because of corrupt caches occupying your phone storage.

Solution:

Below mentioned are the steps which you follow to restore your Google Play Store:

  1. Settings
  2. Apps
  3. Click on Play Store
  4. Click on Clean Data and cache.
  5. Reboot/Restart your phone

The solution should generally work, but if it doesn’t, you have to factory reset your phone. Or if it even doesn’t work, buying a new handset would be the last option. You can also take a mobile on rent in Pune if your pocket does not allow you to purchase one.

The best way to stop your phone from being affected is to limit the usage, installing anti-virus software clearing RAM regularly and inserting SD card in it.
